The price of the product is clearly displayed on the website. The price does not include delivery costs, which are charged separately.
In case of price deviation, for any reason, Glenin Tim d.o.o. is obliged to inform the customer about it.
Delivery is made via the Post Express courier service. When receiving the product delivered by the courier service, the consumer is obliged to unpack and visually inspect the product in detail with the persons delivering the product, to make sure that there is no physical damage. If there is physical damage, the consumer has the right to refuse to receive the product.
The products you order through our website will be delivered via the Post Express courier service.
Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and are paid when taking delivery.
By ordering products through our online store, you consent to us providing your data to the courier service, so that they can adequately deliver the products.
Payment is made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD).
For orders worth more than RSD 3,000, delivery is free on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The consumer can make a complaint electronically to email@example.com within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
In order to exercise the right to claim, the consumer is required to submit a fiscal invoice for inspection or other proof of purchase.
The seller is obliged to respond to the complaint to the consumer without delay, and no later than 8 days after receiving the complaint. The seller’s response to the consumer’s complaint must contain a decision as to whether he accepts the complaint, a statement on the consumer’s request and a specific proposal and deadline for resolving the complaint, which cannot exceed 15 days.
